Good projector, fast shipping

Bought the XGIMI Halo+. It arrived quickly, within 3 days. Setup was easy. Picture quality is good for the price. Would recommend it.

MoGo 2 Pro is pretty cool

I got the XGIMI MoGo 2 Pro for my backyard movie nights and it's been awesome. Seriously, just plug it in and you're good to go. The picture is surprisingly clear, even with a bit of ambient light. Shipping was pretty quick too, got it in about a week. Overall, happy with it.

Horizon Ultra is a game changer!

Oh my goodness, I just received my XGIMI HORIZON Ultra and I'm absolutely blown away! The picture quality is unbelievably crisp and vibrant, truly cinematic. Setting it up was a breeze, it practically did everything itself. I've been showing it off to everyone. I'm telling all my friends they need one of these. This is the best projector I've ever owned!

Solid AURA projector experience

I ordered the XGIMI AURA ultra short throw projector a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no real issues there. It shipped out in about 2 days and took 5 days to reach Denver, which was reasonable. The projector itself is quite impressive; the 4K picture is sharp and bright, even in a well-lit room. Setup was a little trickier than expected to get the alignment perfect, but once dialed in, it's great. I also grabbed a Desktop Projector Stand with it, and that helped a lot with placement. Customer support was helpful when I had a question about screen compatibility. Overall, a good purchase.

Anyone know about the return policy for XGIMI? Just in case I don't love the MoGo 2 Pro, wanna make sure it's not a pain.

C Chris 1 month ago

I returned a floor stand a few months back, it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure you read the fine print on their site for the exact timeframe, think it's like 30 days or something.

L Lisa Brooks 1 month ago

Yeah, I think you get a good amount of time, just don't damage anything obviously. Free shipping on returns if you're in the US, which is nice.

Hey, thinking about grabbing a Horizon Ultra. Anyone know if they ever have good sales on those, or should I just bite the bullet now?

M Marcus Hughes 2 months ago

They definitely do! Keep an eye out around Black Friday or Prime Day. I got my Halo+ for like $150 off during a holiday sale last year.

N Nina 2 months ago

Yeah, I signed up for their newsletter and got a code for $50 off my first order, but for bigger discounts you gotta wait for the seasonal stuff like Cyber Monday. They do trade-ins too, could save some cash that way.

What's the deal with payment options? Do they take PayPal or is it just credit cards? Also, anyone use Affirm with them?

A Andre D. 1 month ago

They take all the usual credit cards, and I'm pretty sure PayPal is an option too. I used my Visa when I bought my Aura.

D Dana 1 month ago

Yep, I saw Affirm as a payment choice when I was checking out for my Elfin last week. So if you wanna split it up, that's available.

Considering an XGIMI AURA or a Samsung Freestyle. Anyone got experience with both? Which one is better for movies in a living room?

J Julia W. 2 months ago

The Aura is a laser TV, so it's a totally different beast than the Freestyle. For a proper living room movie setup, the Aura would blow the Freestyle out of the water, especially with its ultra short throw.

P Paula P. 2 months ago

Yeah, Aura is more for a dedicated home theater experience, super bright. Freestyle is cool for portability but the picture quality isn't even close to the Aura's. Depends if you want a projector you can move around a lot or a more permanent setup.

Can I stack a student discount with a Black Friday deal? Or is it usually just one coupon at a time?

B Ben 3 months ago

Nah, I tried that before. They usually only let you use one promo code per order. So you gotta pick the best one.

P Phil 3 months ago

Yeah, pretty sure their policy is just one coupon. I usually save my student discount for when there aren't bigger sales going on.
